About Functionality

Here we will show different functionalities of our tools.

Review Parsing

We parse any kind of text expressing reviews. Thanks to our Sentiment Classification algorithms, we can split reviews into positive and negative opinions if you don't have them already splitted.

Features Extraction

We use Opinion Mining techniques, exploiting Natural Language Processing algorithms, to detect features of products and attributes that are mentioned in the opinions.

About visualization

Here we explain different visualizatin techniques, which applies to different necessities of customers and providers.

Arguments Graph

Every opinion about a product or service that is written by a particular user is processed in Arguiew as an argument. So, for every product we have generated an argumentation graph, in which one argument is supporting other arguments (same opinion) or challenging others (contradictory opinion).

Using advanced argumentation reasoning techniques, we can detect opinions that are objective in nature, trolls, spam and/or possibly ill-intentioned opinions that do not contribute to the benefit of the market users.

General Stats

Friendly analytics are shown to aggregate opinions and summarize results. This graphics are a detailed way of showing buyers and sellers usefull information for them. Every kind of user will have access to different analytics dashboards according to its preferences.

Any user who wants to provide Arguiew as part of her siste, can include the tool with a vector image of every product. On this image she can specify features that we will use to show as part of the summarized results.

Bring to your mind an imaginary hotel and rate it according to your own experience on it. Be objetive, and creative without complicating your mind. Your review will be added to an imaginary set of reviews, where you can notice the changes in the features extraction and the visualization tools.

Important:

The idea of writing reviews, is to provide a well formed opinion about the actual topic: "Hotels". So, be consistent, clear and objective. E.G. Positive: "The location was perfect, room provides good facilities and staff was friendly."
